The program is delivered online however support is provided via live online sessions. These “virtual” classrooms and chat sessions provide direct regular access to industry experts and other students. Attendance at live sessions is usually optional but strongly recommended.

There are no general entry requirements for this Leadership and Management course, however, you will need access to an internet-connected computer for the duration of your study. In order to succeed in our online qualifications, our students are required to:
• Be 18 years or older at the time of registration
• Demonstrate the required level of competency in English language, literacy and numeracy skills

While there is no formal prerequisite study required to enter this qualification, it is beneficial for students to have some relevant industry experience to assist with the learning application required for this course.

'Nationally Recognised' training refers to courses delivered by Registered Training Organisations in accordance with regulated Training Packages. You can attain formal Statements of Attainment, Certificates and Diploma's from nationally recognised training.

By enrolling in this subject you are NOT enrolling into a nationally recognised course with an RTO, however its content has been mapped to the content requirements of the Unit of Competency 'BSBLDR513 Communicate with influence'.
‍
If you would like to attain a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the Unit of Competency you also need to enrol with and complete a formal assessment with an appropriately licensed Registered Training Organisation in accordance with their terms and conditions.
